1.Who these terms are between

The app is owned and operated by Lumio Studio. In this document "we" means Lumio Studio and "you" means the person using the app. Our contact address for everything is contact@lumiostudio.co.

2.What the service is

Harfçi is a word puzzle game. You can play on your own, share a room code to race friends live, take part in daily challenges and appear on leaderboards. The core of the game is free. Some parts require a Premium subscription.

We keep developing the service, which means parts of it may change or be removed. When a change is significant we will tell you inside the app.

3.Your account

• Playing requires an account created with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out with it.
• You may not transfer, sell or share your account.
• The app is not designed for anyone under 13.
• You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time.

4.Fair play

Leaderboards only mean something when everyone plays by the same rules. You agree not to:

• Tamper with the app, reverse engineer it, or use automated tools to change scores, timers or results.
• Use more than one account to influence a leaderboard or the outcome of a room.
• Insult or harass other players, or use offensive nicknames and messages.
• Overload the service, attempt to bypass security measures, or try to reach data you are not entitled to.
• Copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the app without permission.

If these rules are broken we may reset scores, remove entries from leaderboards, and in serious or repeated cases suspend or close the account.

5.Your content

Your nickname, the topic text you give the question generator and the answers you type during a game are your content, and you are responsible for it being lawful. We may remove a nickname or content that breaks these rules. We use your content only to provide the service to you, and ownership stays with you.

6.Premium subscription

Premium is an auto renewing subscription. The purchase is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment goes to the store, and your card details never reach us.

• The current price and period are shown on the subscription screen in the app, immediately before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Payment is charged to your store account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your device's store settings.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period, and access continues until then.
• Where a free trial is offered, not cancelling before it ends moves you onto the paid period.

Subscriptions bought through Apple are also covered by Apple's standard licence agreement: Apple standard EULA.

7.Intellectual property

The software, design, logo, question pool and other content of the app belong to Lumio Studio or its licensors. As long as you follow these terms we grant you a non exclusive, non transferable right to use the app for personal, non commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

8.Availability

We work to keep the service running, but interruptions can happen through maintenance, updates, failures at our infrastructure providers, or causes outside our control. Multiplayer rooms depend on the quality of your internet connection. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

9.Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or loss of use. Where liability does arise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. This section does not affect the statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

10.Ending the agreement

You may delete the app or close your account whenever you like. We may end your access if you seriously breach these terms. After that your right to use the app ends, and store rules govern any subscription period still running.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country still apply and your right to approach a consumer arbitration body remains.

12.Changes and contact

Changes

When we update these terms we change the last updated date above, and for significant changes we also tell you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
