I cannot play with my friend

Multiplayer rooms run live and both sides need to be online. The room closes if the person who shared the code leaves. Check that the code was entered in full and in capitals, then close and reopen the app on both devices.

My progress disappeared

Progress belongs to your account, not to the device. If you moved to a new phone, sign in with the same method you used before, either Google or Apple. Signing in with a different method creates a new account.

I bought Premium but it did not unlock

First try restore purchases on the subscription screen, and make sure you are signed in to the same store account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, send us the receipt from the store.

How do I cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name and go to Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon and go to Payments and subscriptions. The full steps are also on the delete account page.

Why does the app ask for the microphone

Only so you can say a topic to the question generator instead of typing it. The rest of the game works fully if you decline.

I want to delete my account

You can do it yourself under Settings, in the Account section, with Delete account. Details are on the delete account page.

If you found a bug we want to hear about it. These details make it much easier to reproduce and fix:

• The steps you took right before it happened.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• Your phone model and operating system version.
• The app version shown in Settings.
• A screenshot or a short screen recording if you have one.
